Conway joins church real estate
specialists Edward Moore & Associates

conway2.jpg (9468 bytes)indent.gif (857 bytes)Bruce K. Conway, Sr., an 18-year veteran in residential real estate in the Dallas area, has joined Edward Moore & Associates, Richardson-based firm that offers a broad range of services in church real estate, funding, financing and development, according to founder and owner Edward Moore.

indent.gif (857 bytes)Conway says he is happy to take on the larger challenge that a specialty in church real estate provides. He sees it as an opportunity to use his God-given talents to help churches make a smooth transition when relocating and financing new buildings.

indent.gif (857 bytes)"Faith is and always has been an important factor in my life," said Conway, who is an active member of Oak Cliff Bible Fellowship Church. "Professionally as well as personally, I have always tried to work 'as unto the Lord,' which is the highest standard," he said, "and in doing so, I have seen God's tremendous faithfulness."

indent.gif (857 bytes)"Moore is well known in the church community for having orchestrated the moves-real estate and financial-that have enabled many churches to grow," said Conway, citing The Inspired Body of Christ (IBOC) as one notable example.

indent.gif (857 bytes)Edward Moore expressed his delight over the addition of Conway to his firm. "I feel I have found a perfect team member to help me serve the groundswell of growth we are seeing in the community," he said.

indent.gif (857 bytes)In joining Edward Moore & Associates, Conway gains the backing of a pioneer who has rewritten the concept of church real estate in a career that spans four decades. The Moore organization has carefully built a team of associates that stand ready to solve a wide range of problems that inevitably face a congregation on the move.

indent.gif (857 bytes)There are at least 14 fields of knowledge that come to bear on a church that needs to relocate, according to Moore, and no one individual can be master of all. "Sometimes churches move because they have outgrown their facilities; sometimes, because changes in their neighborhood have shrunk their membership so they have more building than they need. Either way, they need more than a real estate broker with a yard sign," he said.

indent.gif (857 bytes)The Moore & Associates team of employees, consultants and affiliates can provide those special needs such as demographic studies, site planning, public relations counsel. Most of the time the entire costs of these services are included in the normal real estate broker's fees.

indent.gif (857 bytes)"Bruce Conway is a great asset who will add much to the expansion of Moore & Associates in the church community of the Metroplex," said Moore. "He knows the Metroplex. He grew up in the Queen City section of South Dallas and attended Colonial Hill, Lincoln, and James Madison before graduating from Crozier Tech high school."

indent.gif (857 bytes)Moore said Conway is also a man of impeccable reputation and a churchman of demonstrated faith. "Both of these qualities are fundamental to what we do and whom we serve," said Moore.

indent.gif (857 bytes)Conway has a married daughter, Devona, and granddaughter living in the Metroplex, and a son, Bruce, Jr., who is a student at the University of Memphis.  Conway and his wife, Pamela, who is a pharmacist at Medco Health, have two younger sons living at home. Jordan, now 8, is a student at Fellowship Christian Academy; and Joshuah, 12, is a student at First Baptist Academy.

indent.gif (857 bytes)"I feel I have found the perfect niche," said Conway, "where I can utilize the successes of serving hundreds of families over nearly two decades of residential real estate sales and transfer the same principles in assisting churches with relocation and financing as they meet the growing ministry needs of their congregations."

indent.gif (857 bytes)Edward Moore & Associates is located in Richardson Office Park, 1701 N. Greenville Avenue, Suite 125 in Richardson, Texas. Churches interested in relocating or selling properties may call Conway at 972-231-1167, or toll-free from outside the Metroplex at 1-888-222-6018.
