We will not intentionally do anything that harms our client whether by advice or service. Furthermore, we will objectively evaluate alternatives that we bring to our clients so that the client's decision can be based on good professional expertise and sound judgment.

The service we render is primarily oriented to churches and our business strategy is to assist the client churches in accomplishing their mission as that mission relates to real estate needs. We offer both service and counsel to accomplish this task. The church may use either or both of these as it chooses.

a.    We assist churches to find locations for their initial entry into the community. We will assist them with the selection and purchase of property and with the development of their initial facilities.

b.    We assist churches that believe their mission is accomplished in one location to relocate to another location where they can continue their work.

c.    We assist churches with their community development service. An example of this type of service would be to develop housing for seniors or for those whose housing needs have not been adequately met.

d.    We assist churches with their extended ministry needs. Examples of this type of service would be for mission churches or camps.

e.    We assist churches secure the necessary financial resources to accomplish real estate related missions.

We will not hesitate to change our business strategy or business practices in order to achieve financial success, but we will make no change that will impinge on our core values.

We are willing to forgo any or all business opportunities that would entice us to surrender any portion of our core values.
